S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2024

For the fourth consecutive year, we were acknowledged as a global leader in sustainability in the prestigious S&P Sustainability Yearbook, in which we ranked third. In addition, we are among the top 10% of companies with the best performance in our sector.

For the eighth consecutive year, we were included in the Dow Jones Sustainability MILA Pacific Alliance Index, which recognizes leading companies in Chile, Colombia, Peru and Mexico.

The prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) ranked us as the fourth most sustainable company in the world in the Iron Ore & Steel sector.

In 2024, we answered, for the first time, the Climate Change and Water questionnaires of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), consolidating our commitment to transparency in climate management.

ESG Roadmap to 2030 

We have a roadmap for integrating sustainability into every aspect of our business. It sets specific environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals with clearly defined key performance indicators and aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reaffirming our commitment to a more responsible and sustainable future.

First, because transparency towards our stakeholders is a priority, but also because monitoring our performance allows us to compare our management with that of other leading companies in the sector, continue to enhance our strengths and detect opportunities for improvement.
